Money Feels Different When You Actually Understand It
Most budgeting courses teach you spreadsheets. We teach you how to think about money in ways that actually stick. Our Campbelltown studio runs hands-on sessions where you'll work through real scenarios—not hypothetical ones pulled from textbooks written in 2003.

Three Questions People Ask Before They Book
These come up in almost every intro call. If you're wondering the same things, you're in good company.
What If I'm Already Behind?
Starting later doesn't mean starting over. We've worked with people in their twenties and people in their fifties. The techniques adapt—what matters is showing up ready to actually change how you handle money.
Is This Just Theory?
No. Each session includes exercises where you apply what you're learning to your actual financial situation. You'll leave with decisions made, not just notes taken. Bring your laptop and your real numbers.
How Long Until I See Results?
That depends on what you consider results. Most participants notice clearer thinking about spending within two weeks. Measurable savings typically show up around month two, once new habits settle in. We're talking months, not years.

Why Our Approach Works When Others Don't
Traditional financial education treats everyone like they have the same brain. We don't. Some people need visual systems, others need habit loops, and some need accountability structures that actually feel supportive rather than judgmental.
Sessions That Flex Around Your Life
We run programs starting in August and November 2025. Each cohort meets once weekly for eight weeks, with optional check-ins between sessions. Can't make one week? Materials and recordings keep you on track.
Techniques Built on Behavioral Research
You'll learn methods grounded in how people actually change—not how finance experts think they should. We pull from psychology, habit formation research, and plain old trial-and-error from hundreds of participants.
Support That Continues Past Graduation
Alumni get access to quarterly refresher workshops and an online community where people share what's working. Financial situations change—your support system shouldn't disappear when the course ends.
Meet Reyna Østergård
Lead Instructor & Program Designer
I spent ten years as a financial counselor before realizing traditional advice wasn't sticking. People didn't need more information—they needed better systems. So I started teaching budgeting as a creative skill instead of a punishment. That shift changed everything.
These days I run our Campbelltown programs and develop curriculum that actually respects how messy real life gets. When I'm not teaching, I'm probably testing new workshop formats or arguing with my partner about whether our grocery budget needs recalibrating.
More About Our TeamWhat Happens After You Reach Out
No pressure, no sales pitches. Just honest conversation about whether this program fits what you need right now.
Initial Chat (20 Minutes, No Obligation)
We'll talk through where you're at financially and what you're hoping to achieve. This helps us figure out if our next cohort aligns with your timeline and goals. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that upfront.
Program Details & Enrollment
If the fit seems good, we'll send over full curriculum details, schedule options, and enrollment information. You'll have time to think it over—we don't require instant decisions.
Pre-Program Prep (Optional)
Before your cohort starts, you'll get access to a simple financial snapshot worksheet. Filling it out isn't required, but participants who do tend to hit the ground running on week one.
